This conference, hosted by the Centre for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in the Arts (CEDIA) at Birmingham City University, aims to bring together research focusing on the conditions of work in the arts and creative sector internationally, as well as potential interventions, theoretical contributions and actions moving forward.
This conference is free to attend, and lunch and refreshments will be provided.
For postgraduate researchers we will be offering a bursary to cover the costs of travel to Birmingham, UK.
The conference will also have a hybrid participation option.

CEDIA is a cross-disciplinary, industry engaged research cluster based in the Faculty of Arts, Design and Media at BCU. CEDIA is concerned with researching and addressing issues related to inequalities and diversity in the arts and creative industries.
