The Dream Engine‘s spectacle, Arco is a free-standing, air-filled arch 12m high, changing colour with its own light show while perfectly framing the amazing aerial performer. The audience can watch in the round or pass beneath while the aerialist interacts overhead. It pops out of a bag within minutes and the reflective surface is perfect for projecting video content onto.
Kala Phool was commissioned to create a live soundscape to the Arco performance, a fantastic opportunity not only creatively but to also work with one of the UK’s leading outdoor spectacle companies.
Musicians involved are, Cellist and Composer Matt Constantine and Trumpeter Trevor Walker who together create a seamless and emotive score to the aerial show.
