Jaguar Land Rover sponsor ROAR, a charity evening in aid of BOPA and Lions.

BOPA – British Organisation for People of Asian Origin

(BOPA) is an organisation where people from diverse backgrounds come together and explore ways to improve and expand initiatives and develop individuals as role models for social solidarity & community cohesion. BOPA organises events bringing together people such as academics, policy makers, community, religious and cultural leaders, women, students and young people in open dialogue about issues that affect the asian community living in Great Britain.

Lions

You can find Lions Clubs throughout the British Isles and Ireland – there are 17,000 active members belonging to 900 local clubs. Every Lions Club supports a range of projects in its local community – including health and youth initiatives and anyone can get involved. Everyday Lions are having fun by organising remarkable and memorable fundraising activities with every penny raised going direct to good causes. Every year in Europe alone, Lions Clubs’ members volunteer around 6 million hours of service and raise £88 million to support the needs of local projects.

Come and join in ROAR, an event that celebrates the spirit of charity, equality and oneness. There will be a packed evening of live performances, a bit of magic and some surprise guests courtesy of East End Foods.
