Linda Catalano is the lady who has been making my time in Melbourne run so smoothly, but aside from being my eyes and ears to the city of Melbourne, by night she is an artist getting the finishing touches to her very own comedy show ready as part of Melbourne’s International Comedy Festival.

Linda is a one woman standup show called Shopper. The title has been taken from the great film Chopper and even her artwork reflect this. Opening night is next Thursday so i and a whole heap of other people will be there cheering her on. Without giving too much away, Shopper is all about bargain hunters, shop-a-holics and retail thrillseekers beware. Shopper lifts the lid on the seedy underbelly of the retail world. Cant wait to see this wonder woman in full flow 🙂
