Kala Phool @ Pecha Kucha night Brighton Vol 01 – Thu 23 April 09

KALA PHOOL will be taking part in the upcoming Pecha Kucha night in Brighton. Please do come along for a fun evening of networking and when you hear No.11, thats when Indy Hunjan takes to the stage.
PKN: Pecha Kucha – which originated in Tokyo, ‘devised and shared by Klein Dytham architecture’ www.klein-dytham.com is a unique, format in which each speaker shows 20 images, each for 20 seconds. With each presentation lasting just 6 minutes and 40 seconds, the audience experiences an exhilarating variety of ideas and projects.
PKN (which is Japanese for the sound of conversation) has tapped into a demand for a forum in which creative work can be easily and informally shown. This is a demand that seems to be global – as Pecha Kucha Night, without any pushing, has spread virally to over 173 cities across the world: Have a look at the website and the individual city sites to gain a better understanding of what Pecha Kucha is www.pecha-kucha.org or the Brighton site www.pecha-kucha.org/cities/brighton
